The first design is free. A design you paid for can be downloaded again in any format at no extra credit.
When a sew-out goes badly
If the sew-out goes badly, tell us from the design page. We put the credit back and run the design again. That is the remedy for a file that does not sew.
The withdrawal right
Buying a pack asks you to agree that the download starts immediately and that this ends the 14-day withdrawal right for that digital purchase. The exact sentence still needs a check with an accountant before launch.
