Your pictures
We store the picture you upload so we can digitize it. An unpaid upload is deleted after 7 days. After you download, the source picture is deleted after 30 days. The stitch file stays, so you can download it again.
Waitlist and sew-out photos
The waitlist stores your email and the time you agreed to hear from us. Sew-out photos are private unless you tick the box that lets us show them.
Analytics
Analytics stay off until you allow them. If you do, we set a random visitor ID cookie and record a few steps: starting a preview, seeing a verdict, signing in, downloading, starting checkout, and reporting a sew-out. Your email is never sent with them; the ID is scrambled first. If PostHog (EU) is configured, the steps go there too.
Payments
Payments, if you buy a pack, are handled by Stripe. We store the credit balance, not your card number.
